About ShubhList
ShubhList is a free planning site for couples and families organising a wedding in India. It brings a budget planner, a timeline and checklist generator, vendor question lists and a shopping guide into one place.
Who it is for
Adults planning a wedding: the couple, parents, siblings and anyone else holding the to-do list. It works for small family weddings and large celebrations, and for any set of events you choose.
Tradition-neutral by design
Indian weddings vary enormously between families, communities and regions. ShubhList sticks to the parts every family shares: money, people, bookings, paperwork and logistics. It does not describe or prescribe how any ceremony or ritual should be performed.
Who publishes it
ShubhList is published by ISHAA ESPORTS AND MOTORSPORTS LLP. You can reach us through the contact and corrections page.
How the content is made
Researched and drafted with AI assistance, checked against the sources cited on each page; publisher review recorded in our corrections log.
- The tools compute only from what you enter. We do not publish average or typical wedding costs, because we could not verify such figures for your city, season and guest list.
- Timeline lead times are our planning suggestions, labelled as such, not industry data.
- Rules and safety facts link to official or recognised sources, with the date we checked them.
- Shopping entries are product types with our own buying criteria. We have not tested, rated or reviewed any product, and we do not accept payment for inclusion.

| 26 October 2026 | Correction before launch: the single-use plastic facts were rechecked against the Gazette text of the 2021 amendment rules and now state that the second group of banned items does not apply to compostable plastic. An Airports Authority of India airport list was added as an Indian source on power banks in checked baggage. |
